Refund Policy

Peptide Motion (“PM”) stands behind every order. All products are sold for laboratory and research use only and are not for human or animal consumption. If anything goes wrong with shipping or how an order was placed, we make it right with a full refund.
Shipping issues — full refund or free replacement
If your order is lost in transit, damaged in transit, or never delivered, you choose how we resolve it:
- A full refund to your original payment method, or
- A free replacement shipped at no cost to you.
Order-placement issues — full refund
We issue a full refund for order-placement errors, including:
- The wrong item was shipped.
- You were charged twice or charged an incorrect amount.
- An order was entered incorrectly.
If the wrong item was sent, we will also arrange the correct item or a full refund — your choice.
How to request a refund or replacement
Email info@midwestpeptidesupply.com within 30 days of delivery (or of the expected delivery date if the order never arrived) and include your order number and a short description of the issue. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within a few business days of approval. Replacements ship as soon as the issue is confirmed.
